It’s not just a weight loss program, it is also a program to tone and build muscle. Whatever your goals are, we are here to help you attain them. You will workout with a Certified Personal Trainer in groups of 4-6 and compete in monthly team challenges. The base plan includes two one hour workout sessions each week. Base + Extra Day adds one additional weekly workout totaling three sessions each week. Workout times are based on your availability. Installation payments are available. Sessions begin quarterly!
